刘婧，女，讲师，管理学博士。本科毕业于河南财经学院会计学专业，获管理学学士学位；硕士毕业于暨南大学会计学专业，获管理学硕士学位；博士毕业于中国海洋大学财务管理专业，获管理学博士学位。英
国特许公认会计师公会（ACCA）会员。研究方向：公司财务、风险投资、技术创新等。
